Use of this site.
This website is operated by BiffBosh Media, a marketing and appointment-setting agency for UK bathroom showrooms, based in the United Kingdom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover your use of the website only. Any work we do for a client is governed by the separate agreement we sign with that client, not by this page.
No reliance.
The figures on this site — results, averages, revenue numbers and timescales — are drawn from work with real clients, but they describe what happened for those businesses, not what will happen for yours. The ROI calculator produces an illustration built from market averages and the numbers you enter. None of it is a promise, forecast or guarantee of results, and you should not make business decisions in reliance on it. If you want numbers you can plan around, book an audit and we will work them out with you properly.
Intellectual property.
The content of this site — the text, design, layout, graphics and the mockups and tools built into the page — belongs to BiffBosh Media unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Client names and logos shown on this site are displayed with the permission of the businesses concerned and remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
- Introduce viruses or other harmful material, or do anything that interferes with the site working properly for other visitors.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Links to third parties.
The site links to websites run by other people — for example the booking page, video platforms and the privacy policies of our providers. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or for anything that happens on them.
Limitation of liability.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
