Who we are.

BiffBosh Media is a marketing and appointment-setting agency for UK bathroom showrooms, operating from the United Kingdom. For the personal information collected through this website, we are the data controller.

What we collect.

We collect two kinds of information:

• Details you submit through our forms — your name, phone number, email address and details about your business.
• Usage data collected via cookies — which pages you visit, how you arrived at the site and how you use it.

How we use it.

We use your information for:

• Responding to your enquiries.
• Arranging the appointments you ask for.
• Sending you the Showroom Playbook email when you sign up for it.
• Improving the site.

Lawful bases.

We process personal information under two lawful bases: consent — where you have given it, for example by signing up to the Showroom Playbook — and legitimate interests, such as responding to an enquiry you have made about our services and keeping the site working well.

Cookies and analytics.

We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, and Google analytics and advertising tags when they are enabled. These tools set cookies and receive usage data so we can see which of our advertising works.

Who we share it with.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who run parts of the site and our systems for us:

• Hosting — Vercel.
• CRM — GoHighLevel.
• Advertising measurement — Meta and Google.

Retention.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — usually the length of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterwards — and then delete it.

Your rights under UK GDPR.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate information corrected.
• Have your information erased.
• Restrict how we use it.
• Object to our use of it.
• Receive it in a portable format.
